A Career Path
There are many avenues of advancement with USHEALTH Career. USHEALTH Career provides growth opportunity to those who apply themselves and wish to move up.
Multiple Income Streams = Paycheck Predictability
- Commission advances: USHEALTH Career will advance up to 12 months at policy issue and maintain a 3 or 4 month reserve depending on applicant's age to aid in paycheck predictability.
- Monthly Production Bonuses: Exceptional Career agents are rewarded for increased issued production with performance-based monthly bonuses.
- Discretionary Bonuses: USHEALTH Career also has a variety of discretionary bonus programs. Commissions are paid on the sales of association membership.
- Vested Renewal: Agents earn residual income from the renewal commissions generated by in force business.
Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
The company has created a unique long term stock/bonus plan for its Career agents. Awards are based on an agent's in force book of business. Plus, agents receive bonus credits as their book of business increases with USHEALTH. There are no annual vesting requirements, the plan requires no agent contributions, and the plan is controlled by a special trust earmarked specifically for the Agent's LTIP plan.
